About Bivusha
What makes a Bivusha saree special?
Every Bivusha saree is handcrafted by women artisans across India, blending heritage weaving with contemporary design. Small-batch production, sustainable fibers, low-impact dyes, and biodegradable packaging—beauty that’s kind to the planet.
Do sarees include a blouse piece?
Most sarees include an attached blouse length—see Product Details on the product page. For select weaves, we may suggest a complementary blouse fabric—message us for styling help.
Will the color match the photos exactly?
We shoot in natural light, but 5–10% variation can occur due to lighting and screens. For handloom pieces, such variations are natural and not defects.
Orders & Shipping
How long do you take to process and ship orders?
We prepare and hand off parcels to our courier within 1–2 business days after order confirmation (Mon–Sat). You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS on dispatch.
What is the delivery timeframe?
Once shipped, orders typically deliver within 7–10 business days across India. Remote regions may take 10–14 business days.
Do you offer free shipping and COD?
Yes—Free Shipping on prepaid & COD orders within India. COD is available nationwide (coverage depends on courier serviceability).
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within India. International shipping will be introduced soon—follow @bivusha for updates.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange window?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags.
How do I report a damaged or incorrect item?
Write to care@bivusha.com or call +91 81015 62456 within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We’ll prioritise replacement or resolve promptly.
When will I receive my replacement?
After your return reaches us and is approved on inspection, we dispatch the replacement within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 7–10 business days from dispatch.
When will I get my refund?
Step 1 We approve or reject the refund within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.
Step 2 Post approval, we process the refund within 3–5 business days.
Step 3 The amount is credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (UPI usually 1–3 business days; bank timelines may vary). COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit in the same processing window.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing care@bivusha.com. After dispatch, cancellation isn’t possible.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within India.
Is my payment secure?
All transactions are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways with encrypted connections for your safety.
Care & Styling
How do I care for my saree?
- Silk & Tussar: Dry clean only.
- Cotton & Linen: Gentle hand wash separately in cold water with mild detergent.
- Storage: Wrap in a soft cotton cloth; avoid direct sunlight.
Avoid hanging heavy silk sarees for long durations—this can distort the drape over time.
