Return & Refund Policy

Applies to online orders within India

1) Return/Exchange Window & Eligibility

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the original packaging with all tags.
  • Exchange for a different color/design is subject to stock availability.
  • Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Color Note: Minor shade variations due to lighting/screen settings are natural and not considered defects.

2) Damaged/Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email care@bivusha.com or call +91-81015-62456 within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

3) Replacement / Exchange Timeframe

  • Once your return reaches us and is approved after inspection, we dispatch the replacement within 1–2 business days.
  • The replaced/exchanged product is typically delivered within 7–10 business days from dispatch.

4) Refunds — Processing & Credit Timeframes

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we approve or reject the refund within 2 business days.
  • Post approval, we process the refund within 3–5 business days.
  • The refund is credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (subject to your bank/payment provider). UPI refunds may reflect sooner (typically 1–3 business days).
  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit within the same 3–5 business day processing window after approval.

5) Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing care@bivusha.com.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible.

Note: “Business days” exclude Sundays and public holidays.
